In 2020 I was approached by the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) about creating two animations to serve as public service announcements to deter the spread of Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD). This disease infects the native deer population of a given area and cannot be cured or eliminated from an environment it takes root in, necessitating communication between states and regulation around the handling and transport of deer meat by inter-state hunters. My responsibility over this project was the complete end-to-end production of each video, including animatics, layout, asset creation, animation, lighting, and editing. I also directed the studio recording session for the narration. The project underwent several rounds of revision for clarity and scientific accuracy, as I was able to consult with FWC scientists to ensure that the final product would convey the proper message.
